This booking is a flat-rate service fee for patients who have been prescribed therapeutic neuromodulators (such as Botox®, Xeomin®, or Dysport®) by a physician and have filled their prescription independently at a pharmacy.This option is strictly designated for medical and therapeutic treatments, including chronic migraines, TMJ/jaw clenching, and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). The fee covers the clinical assessment, medical expertise, reconstitution of the product, sterile supplies, and the nurse injection process.
